I was so impressed when I opened mine. I was so slick looking and so heavy and solid feeling.

My Wii is the device I think should be redesigned to fit with other equipment. It
looks like a toy next to the PS3.

Well we don't stare at our components all the time. Ultimately it's about the performance they give not their looks HOWEVER, I for one am very proud of my setup and I want it to look nice not only for me, but for everyone else who looks at it.

ugly is in the eyes of the beholder... i happen to find my PS3 very sexy in it's own pedestal away from all the other blocky components. besides, real beauty is in the inside... this is very true for the PS3.

This is ugliest color scheme ever. I'll take my Black Behemoth or my Girlfriends Custom Fushia PS3 over this anyday.

alright i like the wiis look compact and simple. but the 360 has bits sticking all over the place and its huge when i could be so much smaller

to be honest i would rather have pics of all my horrible xs on my ps3 with laurens txts appearing ever 2 seconds than have that.

Mine sits under the TV on a shelf, horizontal and I recon it looks fine. If it had looked more like a DVD player that would be ok as well. I remember buying a commodore CDTV, that was nice looking piece of kit. Before its time though

Ugly?!!!! The PS3 looks absolutely fantastic, it is a design icon. The black gloss finish perfectly matches the same finish of my TV, and I have a TV stand with black glass shelves, with the centre speaker on the top shelf, and the PS3 gets the lower shelf all to itself. It looks fantastic.

You need to go out and buy a new TV and stand to go with your PS3, then you'll see how good it can look
