But, yes, the Strangers On A Train cover art...who came up with that?!!! Granted, the original movie poster art was lame, too...

but here was a foreign poster that was good:

or they could incorporate this picture in the cover art:

Awesome poster!
Will Strangers have both the UK and US version?

Absolutely stoked that a 3D release is actually happening for Dial M for Murder. Phenomenal news.

I forgot about that. That's a good question.

I really hope they're going to put a slip cover on it, as for "To catch a thief"...

Concerning the "UK version" of this film, I remember that it was not a version ever actually released in theaters, it was something like a Work-print that Hitchcock never approved... is it correct?

I'm curious to see this in 3D. I've seen it several times but am interested in seeing it how they originally intended it.

Dial M might be Hitchcock's best "duck and cover" film.

I believe it's going to be so-called "UK Version", if it happen to be thankfully they change the name... calling it that way was very confusing

Correct, because it was never released in the U.K. or anywhere. It is about 2 minutes longer, and better IMO. Just watched an HD broadcast from a DL site and it was this version that was shown. Hoping for a branching release so we can choose. The opening scene on the train is longer as well as a few bits here and there, and the ending scene is different. Minor stuff really. Either version rocks!

Both day one purchases for me. I have every Hitchcock film and would love to upgrade all of them to Blu ray. My favorite director! Great news!

ok, great news about that the movie is coming on Blu-Ray but the Cover one time more is terrible. Why they do this the whole time with those Classic movies. It sucks. It looks cheapy as It doesn't have to do with this movie.
They want have it modern, like a new movie... than young people buying this movie?
Oh, it really sucks. I'm beginning to think to creating my own Cover based on the original Poster motives.

The Blu-ray.com page for Strangers on a Train list this BD as having only "DTS mono".

Good thing the back of the BD case lists the film as having "DTS-HD MA 1.0".
