and would anyone suggest onkyo speakers?
how good are they?
i am looking into a 705 receiver and was just wondering whether i should get onkyo speakers to go with it and save some $

i dont think there is a onkyo home theater in the box that includes the 705...there is a onkyo home theater system that has the 605 receiver which is the 908

could i buy the speaker system separate from onkyo and set it up with my 705?

use your link and there is a section for speakers. so yes you can. i have the 705, great reciever
