UK Blu-ray community site - Blu-ray Forum

Hello all! just to get off on the right foot I am not trying to tread on anyone's toes with this, but thought any UK/Euro readers might like to know about ThisIsBlu-ray.co.uk I am currently setting up. Just trying to get a site for news which is more applicable for UK readers, plus a forum and review database etc.

Be great to see anyone there as its so hard to get this kind of site off the ground

idoblu.co.uk and homecinemacentral.co.uk already cater for Blu but another uk site cant hurt!

I'm not being funny mate.. but to be a better site you need better content.
Not just what this site has posted, and others.

You need UK Blu-Ray specs and cover art.. you need to be able to confirm regions on discs ect..

I know its work in progress, I am developing the database system now for it, just trying to get the community built

The database back end is coming on very nicely for the site, it should be fully up and running by the end of the month.

Some of the features I have developed and are currently under test are pretty unprecedented for this kind of site, let’s just say the user tools and interactivity setup are very deep.

Looking forward to seeing it when it's fully up and running. You might want to correct the spelling error on the news page though, "Univeral"
