Sorry, The Darkness is native 1024 x 576 no AA. In other words, it's not an HD game (576p).

Soldier of Fortune Payback lists 1080p on the back but trust me... 1080p doesn't mean better here. This game is pretty bad especially compared to many other game graphics (and physics) at 720p like RFOM... COD4 etc.

the game Wardevil is supposed to be 1080p.

Yep. I don't even think that game uses any SPEs on the Cell (like Genji and Genji is 720p).

Let's put it this way. Very few 3rd titles will be native 1080p. I don't know about Solidier of Fortune Payback, but the text on the box doesn't mean anything (read the thread).
