If it is, it's a different Inquirer, the one I gave a link to is a UK based IT news site run by Mike Magee, formerly of The Register.

Have seen this on tweakers.net too. It's a french format with 2 publishers that have already signed up. But as with many french standards it will probably not leave France.

I have seen it discussed at other sites and it is DOA in the US and most anywhere else. Unfortunately we have two formats for the same thing here in the US and those two won't likely have much of a market unless one goes bye bye quickly.
