and drive was awesome. I wish I had never started watching it sinceit ended abruptly.

Be sure to give it a chance since it doesn't always make a good first impression. I didn't like it at first since I wasn't crazy about a sci-fi western and didn't understand why they were sometimes speaking in mandarin (according to wikipedia, that's what it is anyway). After getting more familiar with it, I ended up loving the show and loved the movie. I bought both (series & movie) for my dad and the same thing happened with him. He didn't like it at first, but later my mom was telling me that Serenity was now one of his favorite movies. He has watched it several times now and the series a couple of times as well.

I loved Nathan Fallion as the preacher in the final season of Buffy. I hated the way his character acted and when he took out Xander's eye i wanted to reach into the tv and kill him myself.

Joss also has a new show coming to Fox this fall called "Dollhouse" with Eliza Dushku.

I really liked Serentiy and I want that on blue, hope to catch firefly, hope they bring the series back.

my guess is photoshop... you they got some employees over there that do those sorts of things... they probably do them way in advance.

I see Universal HD channel is showing an episode of Firefly tonight. That might help some folks who haven't seen it yet get a taste and in HD doesn't hurt. "Train Robbery" is a pretty good episode to watch.

Amazon.com has two listings for "Firefly: The Complete Series" on Blu-ray. One has an option to be notified when the title is released. The other (linked above) has a price on it, cover art, and the ability to go ahead and order it.

This wouldn't be the first time for Amazon.com to list a title without a release date (or announcement), and it's usually followed shortly by an announcement.

EDIT: TVShowsOnDVD.com has now spoken up about this as well, and verifies what I said above.
