How do I get rumble out of my DS3? - Blu-ray Forum

Just bought a dual shock 3 the other night and was playing MotorStorm which to my knowledge is suppossed to support rumble. Do I have to get some sort of another update for it to work or what?

What firmware are you on? I'm reading it requires 1.94 or higher, but that's quite old.

I see that they released a patch for it in Europe . . . you may want to check the Playstation store to see if there's anything in there for MotorStorm.

I just checked the Playstation store and found nothing. Is there an option in Motorstorm to search for updates or anything?

Ok I think I got it . . . when you're on the main menu go to Online and it should tell you there's an update.

Game patches are never in ps store. Yes always just boot up the game and select to play online if its a online game.

you also need to hit the ps button in game and turn rumble on

You need to press start in game and select which level you want the rumble on (low,medium,high) its like motion sensor.
