Right after I bought this:

The price dropped more than $6. I contacted Amazon and they immediately refunded the money. Gotta love good customer service.

I bought the Eric Clapton/Steve Winwood at MSG Blu Ray a couple of weeks back and I find myself watching tracks from it every night after work... Nothing flashy, very simple stage but well lit which makes for a stunning HD experience. Great band playing good music. I also have found I enjoy it most on the Stereo soundtrack. Perfect imaging and stunning sound to me.

It also has a very worthwhile half hour HD doccie with interviews and historical footage well worth watching.

I just picked up Gary Moore @ Montreux 2010...right before he passed....perfect audio and video.
MSG - 30th Anniversary concert...very good quality and killer band.
Supertramp Live in Paris 1979...great show.

The new ones by Noel Gallagher and Metallica Quebec Magnetic look and sound great.

That's a GREAT concert on Blu. It's easily the best Clapton-related Blu on the market, even better than the Cream reunion.

Just had it delivered yesterday (thank you Sainsburys) the picture is amazing, sound is one of those rare things that makes you look around to see where its coming from.

Very very impressed, second only to actually seeing them a few years back.

Well worth the money.

Bought this today (along with the Eagles Melbourne BD which is STUNNING) and although my wife is the big Mumford fan, really enjoyed it. Great sound, nicest footage of Red Rocks I've seen but if I had to be really critical it could have been a wee bit longer.

It has to do with licensing imho.[limited time to sell the set=faster sales=higher resale value=you snooze you lose]

The Killers at Royal Albert Hall. Great PQ and AQ plus a great concert to boot.
The CURE Trilogy. Love it, the best sounding and best picture quality concert BD I own.
U2 360 Great concert, just wish it had more of their earlier work, not knocking their new material, I just favor their material from Unforgettable Fire and before.

Sh*t I need to buy more concert Blu's !!
I would like to see The Cure trilogy...but if I'm seeing THAT many Cure songs on one BD release, I'm sad it's just from 3 albums. Fans who dig Close to Me, Boys Don't Cry, In Between Days, Just Like Heaven, etc. still can't see any of that on BD.

I am just getting into concert BD's but from the ones I have, The Complete Monterrey Pop and Woodstock reign supreme. But for newer content, that Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Ann Concert set is absolutely incredible. Also, it's hard to top anything Freddie Mercury does for showmanship, so you have to buy any and all Queen concert BDs you can find.

Just watched this last night. It's the best I've watched this year. My wife said "that's the best recorded music I've ever heard". Run don't walk to get this. You can thank me later.

I agree, it's a great show.

Picked this one up over the weekend:

Been looking for a reasonably priced copy for a while after seeing it (probably on Palladia) and found a copy used at an FYE. Watched some of the performances on Saturday and enjoyed it quite a bit.

This is excellent. The AQ is great and the concert is very interesting. All accoustic with the wonderful accoustics of the Vienna Opera House. I've never heard of a nyckelharpa but it sounds cool.

I'll have to add this to my list. I love acoustical concerts and Joe can certainly play!

It's awesome. Great performance, insane crowd, lots of energy, and I like the unique "split screen" effect it has for some shots.

I also really liked the documentary on the road crew and behind the scenes for organizing the tour included on the disc as well.

However, be warned that the set list for that one ('En Vivo') is light on classics and heavy on Maiden's post-2000 material. If you like 'Brave New World' and their 2010 album, 'The Final Frontier', then it is a "must" buy. But if you just want to see Maiden play their 80s songs only, I recommend the 'Flight 666' blu ray.

I have both, and they both get heavy rotation on my system.

I absolutely love it! And Bruce's performance on The Talisman has got to be one of his most passionate. As a hardcore Maiden fan, I'm also glad for some of the newer stuff on it.
