Default Big Problem!!!

Hi all,

New to the forum. I own a Sony Vaio VGN-AR21S. It's the first time I have tried to play a Blue Ray movie and I cannot get it to work... I'm using CyberLink Power DVD. I have also used BD Advisor and all good but still it doesn't play I get some jumpy sound but no picture. Any Help??? Only thing I can think is the driver I have downloaded via sony. My blue ray disc drive is Matshita BDMLT UJ 210S
