Default 600 or less 5 or 7.1 setup?

looking for a decent 5.1 setup (speakers AND reciever) for 600 or less, i turn this to the experts as im clueless about home theatre, all i know i want on it, is surround sound and for it to decode whatever my ps3 throws at it, if possible hdmi on it as well (for ease of use, plus i hear that hdmi is the only way to do some codecs)

thanks in advance, if i find something good through you guys i'll most likely be buying friday.

They are perfect for action/ adventure movies and nicely reproduce music as well.

Yes...I think (assuming the receiver decodes what you need it to) this setup is a nice suggestion for you.

Do you have a Blu Ray player yet???

He wrote that he has a PS3.

This sounds like a solid setup for your budget. I'd go with their advice.

get the 605 for sure its the best value for the price the polk set up is solid too if decide to build your own speaker set up that woulld be better though it will be worth it in the long run start with center and fronts your speakers should out live the receiver and maybe even the ps3.
