Film as History: Religion and Witchcraft in Early Modern Europe - Blu-ray Forum

Awhile back I took a history class named this thread title we saw five films over the span of the class. It was my first introduction to Igmar Bergman and Ken Russel as directors and featured some interesting films. I would suggest that anyone interested in this subject to see them. I've posted a poll to see how many people have seen these films. My favorite was Igmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal so who have seen these?

Another one that could've been added is Witchhammer.

only one I didn't care for was The Name of the Rose. Liked the book, though.
