New Guy Looking For Advice

What's up everybody.... I've been lurking this site for awhile and I've finally decided to sign up. I just bought a Home Theater set up and I was looking for advice. I'm moving into a new apartment next week and I wanted to know if any of you could offer any advice that would help me get the most out of my set up. I won't be setting my system up until next week, so as of now, I only have my XBox 360 hooked up to my plasma. Here's the list of what I'm working with:

Samsung FP-T5844 1080p 58" Plasma
XBox 360 (RGB Components)
Playstation 3 (still in the box)
Polk RM6750 5.1 setup (still in the box)
3 HDMI cables (2-nexxtech $9 each at Circuit city on sale and the other was $4 on Amazon) (still in the box)
Onkyo 606 (still in the box)
Monster Sub woofer interconnect (still in the box)
Phillips Speaker Wire (still in the box)

Any advice on how to get the most out of this set up would be greatly appreciated.

FYI-I'm currently using RGB components for my TV because the XBox uses components and my HD box thru Comcast doesn't have an HDMI slot.
