Default A problem with folding@home

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if not then I'll move my post to the right area. I was running folding@home this morning and what happened is that the protein was ready to be transfered back to standfor university. The first time that the upload occured, the transfer failed. I quit the folding program, turned my ps3 off and then did some other things. A while later, I turned my ps3 back on and started folding program back up. A strange thing happened. There is no protein to send back. All the other information is present, but no misfolded protein appears. The program attempts to send the protein back and keeps failing and retrying and keeps failing. I was wondering if for some reason, my protein got corrupted some how and the program is sending data that isn't there. I wonder if I should just uninstall and then reinstall folding@home? To prevent this from happening in the future, when should you quit folding@home? In the past, sometimes data wouldn't go through the first time, but then would go on round 2. If data is being transfered back, at that point, should you just leave folding@home running or can you quit folding? I have 56 units done so far. If I uninstall and then reinstall, that number would go back to 0, I think. What should I do?
