Default New member seeking advice good deal or not.

Hi Boys and Girls! I've been a lurker for some time now and decided it's time to join the insanity. I'm upgrading my home theater equipment and need some advice. I'm currently stuck in the "stone ages" with the following equipment bought back in 2001. 65" Mitsubishi Diamond series 1080i TV, no HDMI inputs, I'm using Component (RGB) connections. I have an old Denon AVR-5800 for my receiver. My dvd player is a Denon 3910. I use Dish Network for TV. I do have the HD DVR series receiver from DISH. My speakers are good IMO.... Klipsch Reference 7s all the way around. 7.2 (dual) RSW 15s.

It's time to upgrade!! I've been researching, lurking in forums, and auditioning equipment. This is my delimma....To do separates or not. I'm happy with Denon products but have been considering changing it up. I'm thinking about doing the Integra DHC 9.9 pre/pro linked to the Sunfire TGA 7401. It's either that or stick with Denon and do the 5308. Blu ray player is going to be the Denon 3800. I "Think" the deal I've secured is ok....IF I decide to do the Denon 5308 I've secured the price for $4200, the player is going to be $1550. Is this good or can I haggle more?

The TV? I'm going with the 60" Pioneer Elite Kuro 151fd...deal on that $5250 Is this good or should I keep working them down? Any input would be great!

FYI...90% of the receiver's life has been Movies, TV, etc....I sometimes crank up music but not so much as I age. Theater is where it's at now! I DO NOT game at all so....NO to the PS3 recommendations for the Blu Ray player. BD live IMO is useless to me. I prefer stand a lone players....high dollar ones for better chipsets.
