I purchased another copy of Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut today after finding one that was wrapped in cellophane packaging (the one I bought previously was shrinkwrapped with the amaray case badly warped from the heat, so will return that one). I scanned my new receipt and actually got InstaWatch for this one!
![]() I re-scanned all my other receipts for June 2016 titles, but still nothing. Strange that Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut is now InstaWatch eligible while the other three movies aren't. Unless the re-scanning method no longer works? Has anyone recently purchased any of the other Superman movies and got InstaWatch with it? |

I bought a bunch of those newer June 2016 titles couple weeks ago, and most of them didn't work for InstaWatch despite having stickers that advertised them. Perhaps Superman II working for InstaWatch today was an early glitch. Deltasun mentioned that re-scanning the receipts about 2-3 months down the road worked for him all the time, so I'm going to be patient and wait until then. Most of the ones I picked out are in great condition, and I'd hate to see them go back in the bin and get crushed up with heavy dent and scratch marks all over the artwork lol

I got three of the Superman movies and three of the Batman movies about a week and a half ago. IW didn't work on any of them. Emailed Vudu and they escalated to "higher ups", whatever that means. I haven't heard a peep since. If i don't hear back by the end of next week, they all go back.

I just tried rescanning about 30 min ago nothing. My friend bought "Batman and Batman Returns" at the same time I did. He scanned his and had his digital copies within 20 minutes. Me not so lucky. Vudu gave me the same E-mail about escalating this case up to the correct department.

Once "the higher up" responds to your case, expect them to ask you for photo of the disc as well. Happened to me after waiting 2 months lol. They finally responded asking for picture of the disc, and then provided code few days later.
