I didn't think there were any TV shows on Blu-ray encoded on Blu-ray with 480p resolution. I think there's bonus features on Blu-ray that are encoded in SD (480 line) resolution.

If there were any TV shows encoded with 480 lines on Blu-ray, they'd be within the Blu-ray specs (as Blu-ray allows decoding of standard definition video), but they wouldn't be high definition.
