I have the new socom headset and it was working well until last night. Last night I couldn't hear anyone. I went to my device/audio settings, put it at 5, but it didnt show the volume rising/lowering when i spoke. Also, the wireless input and output had nothing next to it (isnt the dot next to it blue if it works. I also dont get indictaors when I unplg it/ plug it back in like I always used to on the XMB.
This morning I checked further and the volume on the headset still works (I can hear when the beeps when I turn the volume up and down). So the headset still works right. but when I plug it in to be charged i get a solid red circle for a few seconds and then nothing. and when i unplug it a push for the three seconds to turn the power on i get a "dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun" tone. But the green power light still flashes. And like I said, the volume tone still works. So do I need to "Par" it up to my system again? How do I do that? Please help me as it is expensive and new and I don't want to think that its dead. What does the solid red circle that appears for a few seconds mean? Thanks for your help. |
