Default Which Samsung 650 - 950?

I am trying to decide which way to go on a new LCD. It will be 46" and it will probably be a Samsung. Here is how I am seeing the line-up but it is quite confusing so I would appreciate the input from others as I may be totally wrong.

LN46A 650 - probably the best buy of the lot. Seems to have same PQ as 750 and 850. Sometimes priced higher than the 750 so it gets confusing as to why.

750 - seems to have a few more goodies but not sure I need any of them. Its sound system seems to include a subwoofer but isn't putting one in an LCD frame a bad idea even if it is a little one.

850 - thinner but PQ stays the same. Price increase for thin only is not worth it in my case.

950 - best in class picture but at a $1000 premium. Is it worth it? Are the prices going to drop dramatically in the next three months? (I am in no huge rush.)

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
