Want my own anime + cartoons H.T

As I haven't seen proper entry (or at least couldn't find or those were old supposedly anyway), decided to create this one.

Q:
As far as I'm aware, anime quality depends on 4 things:
a) hardware -> the newer the better only (or is there more to consider while buying a pc?) someone said freesync monitor = amd but g-sync = nvidia.;
b) codecs -> someone said K-lite +latest madvr+ReClock is a win;
c) monitor ->which one will be better for watching it??:
-for sure it has to be 10 bit
-IPS/VA?
-LED/OLED/LCD?
-most BD series are 1080p (but some 2k or even 4k + having ps4pro with 4k games would be cool to consider)
-g-sync?
-high refresh rate?
-strong contrast
-hdr (someone said it must be HDR10 wtf is that)
-pleasing colour reproduction (with generous colour gamut)
-light matte screen 32 or 27 inches right?

So what would be Your recommendation for this home cinema, to watch anime + cartoons in best picture & sound (less important to me but I heard Dolby Atoms in nice)?
