I'll reiterate: I am an informed consumer; I bought a Vizio and I love it. Looks every bit as good as my parents' Samsung and my brother's Sony. Does it have all the bells and whistles? Of course not. Does it do the job? Absolutely.

I got mine from Costco or Sams or something. If I don't like it, or if it breaks, I get to return it at any time within 3 years for a full refund --- no questions asked.

Equating all Vizio owners (or even Wal-Mart shoppers) to brainless cheapskates is funny. Surely this site is full of people who are NOT snobs when it comes to HD technology. I'm certain I just misunderstood some of the above posts.
