I'm not sure if it was from this sale or from old stock that was sitting around at the store. I don't remember who posted it; however, I'm almost positive they posted the image today.

A few pages back there was some discussion in this thread about the experience people have had with exchanges and returns. It was either from Yesterday or the day before. ZHuge1 was someone who was sharing there experience. That should help you locate that discussion a few pages back.

Yeah, it definitely was a few sales back.. As I have a copy of it that I have listed in my trade post over in the DT Trade thread over in Trading Forum. It's been sitting on my book shelf for quite some time.

Stopped by a Dollar Tree Friday at lunch time. This was the third time this week I had visited this location.
Sign in front had the Halloween lights but lo and behold, the table upfront had movies. Nothing in the electronics department. This is what the table held:

Upon further review, I picked up the same title I had purchased from a previous sale (Scooby Doo/KISS). I looked at my receipt and noticed they don't offer refunds but do exchanges with unopened merchandise. After standing in line behind what I thought was the manager at the helium tank, the clerk said to do the exchange at any register.
I grabbed another title and went at the register.
I told the cashier, I purchased a duplicate title and would like to exchange. She must have said "I believe you" at least 3 times. It was a easy procedure. She even told me I could have gotten store credit if I wanted.
Ended up with this title:

Looney Tunes: Stranger than Fiction (DVD)

I plan to visit another location (or two) on Tuesday.

Yes I did this time around after someone told me they've been cool about it. Didn't want the ones I bought so just exchanged for different movies.

Found a load of movies. A bit more DVD than blu-ray. Could not find The Canyons or Yoga Hosers on blu-ray for the life of me, or Splinter on DVD. Was gonna post my haul but realized I must have left a bag of movies in the car after seeing someone post about the Mike Tyson season that I knew I bought but didn't see in any of the pictures I took. My feet are killing after hitting four stores though lol.

I've been trying to only buy Blu whenever possible but this sale really didn't allow for that. I can't pass up $1 movies when it's something I'm curious about. Hit up 3 stores and came home with:

I've exchanged a DVD for a DVD before. It's pretty fast and you just need to sign a receipt when it's done. Just make sure before you go, to go during non-peak hours.

And don't be Sally from yesterday's experience. She exchanged 10 items for 10 items; making everyone wait. She returned some food items which weren't taxed on the first sale. So after the exchange was done, the cashier told her your total due is 38 cents. She said "oh, I need to run to my car and get change" AS she was clutching her 'useless' debit card. Thankfully the man behind her gave her the change and then proceeded to talk trash about her after she left. Rant over.

Good luck! I also saw your other post and I, too, found Meet the Spartans in So Cal. Must be one of the regional titles for this one. There were plenty of Upstream Color blu-rays in the south bay and Orange county areas, though. At least one in every store I went to.

Picked up the scooby doo wwe dvd that people reported had a digital code in it. My luck there was no slip included. But lost river dvd came with a digital code.

Yes, you can trade any item for any other item in the store within 1 year time only with a receipt. They do not do returns or exchanges without a receipt. That has been my experience. I do trades all the time. Hope that helps!
