What kind of screen caps you use to judge quality?

It's also quite funny how some keep saying how pointless converted screenshots are, while others obviously can't even tell them apart from the real thing when they don't even realise that their caps are (of course/obviously) converted (despite telling them time and time again that they are and that their monitor is irrelevant btw.).
