The two (almost identical) statements released by Toshiba in response to the Netflix and Best Buy moves, really have a tone of resignation to them IMO. While I don't expect anything formal from them immediately, I really get the feeling from these statements, that the fight's all but gone from them. I really think this thing could be "officially" over a lot sooner than even the most optimistic among us believed possible.
