Well the N64 library of games wasn't huge but there were a good many exclusive gems. I have fond memories of all of these.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Still viewed as the greatest game of all-time by many, myself included.

Super Mario 64 - Took Mario into the 3D era in impressive fashion.

GoldenEye 007 - In many ways helped usher in the FPS genre.

Perfect Dark - Another landmark FPS IMO.

Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie - Extremely fun 3D platformers.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - One of the best games of the Zelda franchise that unfortunately gets overshadowed by it's big brother OOT.

Star Fox 64 - My favorite game of the Star Fox series.

Conker's Bad Fur Day - Surprisingly vulgar game, but in a very good way.

Paper Mario - Standard fun Mario RPG.

Diddy Kong Racing - Really did enjoy this one. Wish this series would make a comeback.

Donkey Kong 64 - Didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as the trilogy of SNES Donkey Kong games, but still a lot of fun.

Mario Kart 64 - Great addition to the Mario Kart series.

F-Zero X - Really the last F-Zero game I loved. F-Zero GX for GC was good, but the extreme difficulty was a bit much.

Turok and Turok 2 - Fantastic games that the move recent Turok games hasn't come close to touching.

WWF No Mercy - In the mid 90's-early 00's I was a HUGE WWF fan. This game really revolutionized what wrestling games could be.

Space Station Silicon Valley - Strange but fun game.

Mario Party series - The N64 started the Mario Party series, which I've always enjoyed.

Super Smash Bros. - A nice beginning to the series, though nowhere near as good as the later Smash Bros games.

Really the one and only huge problem I had with the N64 was the complete lack of RPG. Due mainly to issues with the cartridge based N64 there were practically no good RPG's. The only ones I can even think of is Paper Mario and Ogre Battle 64
