Very nice OnlyBLU. Shooter looks great as well, one of my favorites to show off PQ.

I originally planned to use the 320GB MyBook as a media server for images, music, and video. But I later found that the options given of those media types are limited on the 320GB MyBook when compared to accessing them on the PlayStation3 hard drive. It was a bummer when I found that out. If nothing else, videos downloaded from the PlayStation Store seemed to have been less effective from my standpoint. So to save hard drive space on my PS3, the 320 GB hard drive is used to store my videos. I do see myself installing a larger internal hard drive in the PlayStation3 this summer. So the 320GB MyBook will serve more as a backup. I'd hate to loose the amount of data I foresee myself having on the PlayStation3 in the long run without that back up. Things didn't pan out the way I would have liked with the 320GB MyBook, but it's turning out to be more practical as a precautionary method of backing up files.

If you're referring to the HTD-DW840, yes, I "need" to upgrade. In regards to video, the receiver (STR-K840P) is now useless since at the highest it accommodates composite, and on the audio side it doesn't support 5.1/7.1 uncompressed surround sound. But the 5.1 DD and 5.1 DTS still serve me nicely. Maybe an upgrade by Christmas.

Heres my setup. I've just moved into the place, and focused everything around the home theater. And the walls aren't yellow as some of the pictures show, they are actually white as most of them show.

Like a Circuit City employee told me...

"Rome wasn't built in a day."

And that was maybe like 5 years back. I went from a 25" Sharp television 11 years ago to a 36" SONY WEGA flatscreen CRT to a 55" SONY GRAND WEGA LCR rear projection to my current 55" SONY BRAVIA SXRD rear projection. And as mentioned in a previous post, my sound system is over five years old that was upgraded from a Dolby Pro Logic II Sharp mini-surround sound system. If nothing else, your arrangement looks very comfortable, and that's more important than most people give credit.

Thanks man. I use to own a 32" Sony Wega as well. I remember when I bought it, I thought it was the coolest thing. The heaviest TV I've ever owned. Sold it and bought a Sony 32" LCD 2 years ago and then this year I upgraded to 42" Sharp and moved the Sony LCD to the bedroom. I had to go with the Bose Cinemate HT for now because the Panny Surround System I had for the past 6 years used to get me in a lot of trouble with the landlord. I found the Bose Cinemate is perfect for an apartment but it's the first thing getting upgraded when I buy a house next year.
