When I didn't know what show I'd be watching in the focus group, first saw the Karate Kid clip and heard the J.Geils Band, I thought "YES! VH-1's bringing back I Love the 80's! About danged time, too!

Umm....no. "80's" here meant that a couple of times people wear neon colors, they give the older sister Something Sorta Like Big Hair, they mention Star Wars a coupla times, and the older brother plays a Simon game. (Uh, that's 1979, you're a couple years off, guys!)

...And the crowd shouted "Fraud!"
