Ok this is probably a stupid question, but I just got a Sony Blu-ray player as a gift. The BDPS300 (or 301). My problem is, when I put in a SD DVD, my TV (a sony bravia KDL-32S2010 1080i resolution...connected with component video cables) says its only 480p, and I can tell too because the quality isnt so good. I selected the 1080i output on the Blu-ray, but I don't understand why its not getting upconverted? Is it this copyright thing? How do I fix it? Any help would be appreciated
