I am not sure what they will do for you, but large corporations do not want stuff like this happening by their employees, and most certainly do not want it reported to the BBB. Best of luck and if this were me I would definitely pursue it until something happened.

Thank you for that info. I called the local store manager but that didn't seem to get very far. So I'm going to call corporate tomorrow and let them know about the entire situation.
