So I price-matched quite a few blu-rays at my local Walmart today. They needed a CSM approval and it took a little while, but everything went fine. However, while I was on Facebook later that night, out of the blue, the CSM manager added me on Facebook. I didn't give them my name, outside of using my credit card, and to be honest, I'm quite furious.
Has anyone else ever had an issue like this? |

Yea, I was going to suggest to call corporate. I'd be livid too. That's definitely grounds for termination for a privacy violation. I don't get how they could've gotten your name tho? It's not like you give them your card to swipe or anything. |

In addition, not sure what luck you are going to have on the phone but find email of the CEO (old CEO's email: michael.duke@wal-mart.com [so new one might be: Doug.McMillon@wal-mart.com) , or anyone as high up as you can find (you will get a response rather quickly by one of his staff but these email accounts are the ones I have always had the most success with listening and responding to my complaints). I am not sure what they will do for you, but large corporations do not want stuff like this happening by their employees, and most certainly do not want it reported to the BBB. Best of luck and if this were me I would definitely pursue it until something happened. |
