I seem to remember that particular thing seemingly slow down and last longer than it did which was a couple of seconds but lasted almost a second or two more in my memory of it.

So you can get thise sense of slow down from your sofa in front of your TV, so i claim you wrong.

LOL! You've taken the point at an odd angle somewhat as I didn't say it wasn't possible to get a sense of time slowing down whilst sitting on a sofa.

I ended with saying; " So why we should be able to detect motion judder whilst sitting relaxed on a sofa watching the tele is beyond me."
