The 630 is their entry level 120hz model, but it has a matte screen, which gives a lower contrast ratio (40,000:1 v. 50,000:1) when comparing the 630 to the 650,750, and 850. The 650, 750, and 850 all have the same picture quality (contrast ratio, same panel, 1080p, 120hz, etc.) When you step up, you just get more features. But right now on amazon, the 52a750 is cheaper than the 52a650. The premium that you par for an 850 is for the 1.9" thickness.
