Problem with my PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

May depend on whether the downloads are problem free or where the PS3 has to go to access the info. Just try and NOT do the updates and see what it does. And on the Blu-Rays... tell it not to connect to BD Live and see if they play. May be server issues.

Maybe the updates did not take completely. It does sound like there are issues with connection though.

Yeah I never have it connect to BD Live.

Very weird. When you DO figure it out, I'm sure tons of people will want to know so be sure to post!

try to erase all your game data and backup your game progression on a USB if you have some, and start the game as if it was the first time, then refuse the update and see if it goes well, maybe the update was corrupted
