The Polk RM6750 sub was decent enough to be the last thing I upgraded in my system. It's only 50 watts but I never had it above 75% gain and the only time I had issue with it was some recent movies that hit really low. I haven't heard the Yamaha and can't comment on it, but the RM6750 is always a solid performer. I actually just sold my set in 1 day locally via Craigslist to a guy who does installs for a living as a gift for his brother. |
