BEWARE: LOST Blu-ray cases

Same thing happened with my Star Trek (TOS). After taking S1 and S2 our of the Amazon box I can already tell the disks are floating.

I do the exact same thing..1st time my wife saw me do that she thought I was whacko...but then I told her why I do that & ever since then whenever she goes BD shopping w/ me she shakes the cases too lol.

Save $20 when you buy both. $49-$10 each = $38.

They are $54.99 in the store and $48.99 online, which they match in store. There is also $20 off if you buy both seasons. Equals $38.99 a piece and each season included a $20 cash back if you still have your old seasons but they want you to cut out the damn proof of purchase from you blu-ray which I think sucks.

I ordered my seasons 1/2 from Amazon and got my package 5 seconds before I had to leave for work today. I opened the Amazon shipping box and went to put my seasons on my shelf and I heard them sliding around. I was short on time so I couldn't open them, but have been fearing the worst all day. I'm somewhat relieved to see that others are having issues as well and it's not just my horrible luck. I'd hate to have to send them back if they are busted, but I couldn't live with broken cases. I had the same problem with my season 4 set.

UPS should be more careful when handling blus that come in Elite cases. "Elite Fragile" is my new term.

Just ask Amazon for another set and wait for them to sent them out. They don't care if the package is open. In the meantime, enjoy Lost now that you have them in hand.

Yep, they also send it First Class and the same day you email them.

A lot of the rattling is the 7th disc that has come undone from the back spindle. Once unpacked and put back on, it's fine. These things go through a lot of bumps and dings during shipping so some loose discs are going to happen. Just make sure things are not broken.

I got mine yesterday from Amazon. The last disc was loose on both sets, but no scratches or marks.
