A lot of these guys seem like they'd go to a café, order a latte, pull out their personal thermometer, and return the drink if it isn't exactly 165°. Doesn't matter if it tastes good, if it in fact is the best latte they've ever had - send it back.

I once knew a woman who bought a brand new car. It made a small, unusual noise occasionally. Took it back to the dealer, their shop looked at it, nothing wrong. Cars make noises. Took it to an outside shop, same diagnosis - nothing wrong with the car. She took it back to the dealer, invoked the "lemon law" and made them exchange the car.

Some people just have to have something to do, all the time.
