I actually got it in the mail today. Bought it from this site for NOK 49, USD 4,50.
https://www.powermaxx.no/products/blafjell-2-blu-ray Edit: It doesn't say on the site that it is 3D, so I was surprised when it arrived. I also don't know how many they have in stock. I tried to add 10 to my cart, and that worked well. Postage is 69 NOK for 10. So, if anyone in the USA wants to organize a group buy, I could order them home to me and send to that person.
