Relax with the exclamation points. It's not like I'm spreading FUD or doom/gloom. I just ran across those numbers. How am I supposed to know when they start counting or how those numbers are being updated? I just wanted to share something that made me smile. Is that so bad? Shesh.

It's just that I have seen too many HD-DVD fanboys try to use the first numbers from DVDEmpire and I don't want Blu-ray fans to start doing the same.

The numbers are good and Blu-ray usually gets better numbers during the updates for the week but remember that the first numbers are just for some hours sells at DVDEmpire. Two weeks ago it was 0% for Blu-ray but the week ended with 62.71% for Blu-ray.

You can read more about the attempts by HD-DVD fanboys to use the numbers at HDD. It has been shot down each time and it has happened more than 5 weeks this year.

Don't use the first row in the weekly chart at DVDEmpire, ever. They are always preliminary.
