Yeah... like when I dropped $70 importing Robin Hood Season 1... only to have BBC America announce a US release 2 months later.

I've never seen The Tudors, but I like the actors involved and have heard good things. I might have to check this out somewhere.

More than likely it was done by Sony US

Just like all the Japanese Miyazaki DVDs are compressed and authored in Los Angeles
