So I take it that you like movies looking 'squeaky clean' at the expense of fine detail then eh?
Watching it in motion could give fractionally better or fractionally worse results then the screencaps display, but either way you can't undo DNR of which the Gaumont is loaded with. You'd be delusional or ignorant to think it doesn't feature a hell of a lot of noise reduction (which I feel is a worse offender then digital sharpening.)
