What am I eating?
Easy answer. What ever doesn't eat me first.

Am I a cook?
Harder to say. I can cook, and will cook. I don't really have much of a type of food I like to cook though. I like making Spaghetti and Meatballs. I change the sauce alot from its orignal bottled form. For example, I'll add Garlic, Ground Red Pepper, Basil, Black Pepper, etc. I like my food spice. Too bad I can't cook Tex-Mex/Mexican. Haven't tried. Maybe during the summer I'll experiment while I have my break.
I also like to cook sweets because I have random urges for brownies, cake, or cookies.
The only thing I've made that is from "scrach" is a kind of 'Triple Chocolate Chip and Walnut Cookies'. Tastes amazing.
Anyone besides me get the "Cuisine at Home" Magazine? It had two amazing chicken recipes in it. A Pecan Chicken, and a Parmasean Chicken. Probably best recipies ever.
