Technically BB doesn't have to match anything if it is not listed in print via an ad. The policy states that it has to be an advertised price. BB a lot of the time will make exceptions to this rule but they don't have to match it if it's not in CC ad.

But I always buy an item at BB or CC knowing it is cheaper locally somewhere else and then go to the customer service counter, that way they will match 110% of the difference.

hmmm, interesting, bb has never matched 110% for me, you must be special.
