I felt like you have a situation where there is two outs, you're up two runs, you have gotten a hit earlier in the game off me, we are playing the shift, and he laid down a bunt basically simply for average.

[Rasmus] didn't steal within the first two pitches to put himself in scoring position. That tells me he is solely looking out for himself, and looking out for batting average. And I didn't appreciate it.

If you think the current roster as is will be a playoff team, you're out of your mind. Now if they make some moves at the deadline, that could be a different story. Granted they came out the gate well, doesn't mean oeople should go camping outside the stadium for PO tix.

I'd rather stay pat then go with your shopping spree scenario. That's how you get in trouble and saddled with ridiculous contracts. No thank you.

Pretty much, it's a low risk move, so why not, sometimes change of scenery can do wonders....

This season is a lost cause then because the current roster as is won't be playing in Oct because they are not a playoff team. If we were at 100% strength (or close to 100%), I would agree with you since they would only have to make a minor move here and there at most. That's not the case.
