Default Computer Room and Bedroom

Just showing what I got. In the computer room the set-up is what I consider affordable but functional. The Westinghouse is 32" with a Samsung 5.1 home theater 5 DVD changing player. These are all perfect for the size of this room. But I'll upgrade to better equipment when the money comes.
Now the bedroom is a work in progress, so right now it's just the Sony Bravia 40" mounted on the wall.

I was looking at your Blu's and was wonder what "HD Basics" is?

Personally if it was me, I would tidy the cables, I would also get a full shelf on one wall and put everything on there instead of wondering all around the room for a Blu

I'm no expert but to me it's the HDTV, the necessary cables and the HD device whether its a blu-player or a HD reciever. For sound I'm just using 5 disc changing DVD player/5.1 home theater combo which won't get you the lossless audio. But at least offer some decent surround sound if your living room isn't too big.

I like how you are starting off with the bedroom. I live in an apartment and it's hard to really get it to where I'm happy.

I did put up a few shelves and I tried to hide my wire's. I think I will take a few shots, maybe I will get some good advice on doing my bedroom.

Thanks. I have lots more to do with the shelving. Especially when I get a sound system going. It's not that big of a bedroom so I can't just have something sitting on the floor under the TV in front of the bed for all the hardware. I going to have to get creative.

I'm an idiot. Sorry you where asking about the disc. It's Digital Video Essentials HD Basics. It's a calibration disc to help you get optimal video and audio. It helps but you kind of have to understand what the narrator is talking about or you may be left a bit confused. A good alternative if you don't want to pay that hefty fee to have somebody come in and do it professionally.
