Seen a lot of you carrying the Jap flag icon but lives elsewhere or wannabes! But who really lives in Japan at the moment? I need a new contact friend from Japan to do small business from time to time.

Maybe you should spell out Japanese or put a "." Next to Jap. (Note: I shortened it with a period so it's not to be a slur) so you don't offend.

Correct. Another acceptable abbreviation is JP or JPN

I am in US Navy in Okinawa. will be here until next summer. This place is nothing like tokyo, but still maybe able to find stuff here.
