Default BDP-S360 Firmware update

Is this the newest version to download?

http://esupport.sony.com/perl/swu-do...=1&region_id=1

I know that I have an option to burn it to a CD as a data file and then just put it in the blu ray player and run it. But, how and where is it going to be detected in the blu ray? Is it going to be automatically detected? Can blu ray see data files?

Thanks

It cannot be burned as a data disc. You have to burn it an an image file.
