Default Upscaling chip: which one?
Hi everybody,

I own a Blu-Ray player Samsung BPD-4600 connected via HDMI to a 720p TV (a 32" Toshiba REGZA 32C3000P).

Is my understanding that when watching DVDs, the video is upscaled from 480p to 720p, even though I am not sure by who!!

Is the job done by the player or by the TV... how can I check? In case both devices could do the job, who should I let do it?
