You know I wasn't sold at all on 3D tv when all this talk started, but after watching 3D sports clips at Best Buy yesterday at the Panasonic 3D display they had in store, I was pretty much sold instantly.

Looked amazing and the first thing I thought was I could REALLY get used to watching every kind of sports in 3D if it all looked this good.

Sounds like I am in the same boat as you prior to you seeing the sports clips. I have a feeling I will be sold as well if I go to BB and check it out. Must......stay.....away.....for now

Eventually they probably will. Remember there was once only analog cable, then digital, then HD.

Was at Bestbuy earlier today and they had the Masters in 3D. Much more entertaining to watch!

What display were they using? Sammy? Panny? Was it live or recorded? Could you see the undulations in the green? How about some more details? Please.

It was the Samsung TV. Pretty sure it was live but I'm not 100% certain. The one shot I really enjoyed was overlooking the sandtrap, and as he shot the sand came up flying towards me. It's not super amazing (I was really disappointed with the Monsters vs Aliens demo) but can I see myself liking 3D Broadcasts already

I'm gonna make one more 'pit-stop' tomorrow so I can get another look

It seems the girls like golf in 3D. All you need is a cable box and a 3D TV
