We have a small company that sells Hitachi......dont even waste your time w/Westinghouse. I brought my S300 into work and we're watching the BD of Rocky on our P50V701 1080p 50' inch and it's great.

What Hitachi model is it??

I have the L42V651(LCD) 1080p set and the P42T501 42" plasma, which is 1080i.

I bought a westy 42'' 1080p just to see the PQ & I took it back, it was junk ,not only the PQ but the settings & inputs/outputs stopped working it was bad. go Hitachi I had there older 55'' 1080i & it was very very nice.

Check it out.......The model I gave you is 1080i.......Where do you live because some of these models are specific to certain areas of the country.

It was very very washed out, bad contrast, color was terrible, I mest with the settings for 20 days , every time I turned it on really, and no luck its just a cheaply made HDTV,not to hurt anybodys feelings.

I bought a Westinghouse TV a copule years ago and I had nothing but problems with it.1 problem I had I could not get a video signal on the DVI input.I tryed plugging my cable box to it and all I got was a black screen. Also there was a loud humming noise from the TV.I got rid of it and exchanged it with a Samsung.I wont be buying another Westinghouse product again.
