I figured it may not be a bad idea to have a poll to see how many people on this board got affected by Warner's latest shipping woes.

Did Warner ship you one or more canceled orders?

I hardly order anything directly from any studio but if they did send me a cancelled order it wont be much of a cancelled order anymore and I'll most likely keep it.

Has anyone been billed for these mistakes? I haven't seen anything come through my Credit Card yet.

I have not yet been billed, and I don't see any pending charges either.

They should NOT charge for these shipments. I would say we might get a call telling us when UPS will show up to pick up the packages. If not, I don't know how they will handle this.

But charging us would be the wrong thing to do.
